Our reputation for excellence is underpinned by our rigorous selection process. We hold our candidates to strict professional standards, conducting thorough background checks and verifying each candidate's work experiences and references. Backgrounds not limited to authorization, identity, legal status, driving record, criminal and sexual offender checks. We ensure that all our nannies have between 5 and 15 years of direct experience in the job they are seeking. Verify that references are valid and complete background checks. All are certified in CPR and first aid. Many have college or advanced degrees. 99.2% of our candidates are recommended by referrals.
